Monday to Friday
4-5 hours per day (can be negotiated for the right staff with a possibility to turn into FT)
Key Responsibilities
● Design and layout digital assets including online case studies, whitepapers, newsletter
banners, and display ads
● Resize and optimise images for websites, EDMs, and sponsored content
● Upload and format articles, product listings, news, and events using our content
management systems (CMS)
● Apply basic SEO practices when uploading content (e.g. meta titles, descriptions, image
alt text)
● Maintain consistent branding and formatting across all creative outputs
● Conduct quality checks to ensure all content and design files are error-free before
publishing
● Collaborate with our editorial and marketing teams via task management tools e.g.
Asana, Slack
Requirements
● Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, InDesign, and
Illustrator
● Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (preferred but not essential)
● Solid understanding of digital and email design (responsive layouts, file optimisation,
etc.)
● Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Strapi)
● Basic knowledge of on-page SEO optimisation
● Experience designing static and animated digital advertising assets (Google Display
Ads, newsletters, etc.)
● Familiarity with Google Ad Manager is a strong plus
● Strong attention to detail, ability to follow briefs and brand guidelines
● Good written English and confident communicating with remote team members
