Process Technician

Job Summary:

• Support and resolve technical problems from the product at shift/process to minimize reject levels to meet process and department KPI.
  Hỗ trợ và giải quyết các vấn đề về hàng hoá sản phảm từ dây chuyền tại ca làm việc / quy trình sản phẩm để giảm thiểu hàng hư và đáp ứng các mục tiêu sản xuất của công ty và phòng ban.
• Coordinate with Process Engineer resolve and improve the material issue and support Engineer for EBR (Engineering Build Request).
  Phối hợp với kỹ sư quy trình giải quyết và cải tiến các vấn đề liên quan đến hàng hoá bất thường và hỗ trợ kỹ sư hoàn thành các công việc liên quan đến chạy hàng đánh giá.
   

• Coordinate with Engineering, Process, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to resolve equipment, quality, process, and cost-related issues; propose continuous improvements to ensure product and process quality standards

Hợp tác với bộ phận Kỹ thuật/ Process/ Eng/ Process/ Leader/ Supervisor giải quyết các lỗi liên quan đến sự cố máy móc, chất lượng, quy trình và chi phí và đưa ra phương án cải tiến liên tục, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu về chất lượng sản phẩm và quy trình.

• Conform to quality system requirements as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan, WI and OCAP and handle the abnormality product.

Tuân thủ yêu cầu hệ thống chất lượng như được nêu trong FMEA, Control Plan, WI và OCAP và xử lý khi có sản phẩm bất thường.

• Comply with safety regulations and ensure your assigned area operates efficiently, with regular reporting

Tuân thủ quy định an toàn và đảm bảo khu vực được giao vận hành hiệu quả, báo cáo công việc thường xuyên.

• Any other task assigned by management.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý

• Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.

Có khả năng xử lý tốt sự cố các linh kiện điện tử / thiết bị về phần cơ khí, Điện.

• Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on issues related to Process/Equipment.

Có khả năng áp dụng các phương pháp cải tiến liên tục đối với sự cố liên quan đến quy trình và thiết bị.

• Able to plan, organize, execute plan and report.

Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, thực hiện kế hoạch và báo cáo..

• Able to work in shift

Có thể làm việc theo ca

• Ability to communicate in English

Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh.

• Graduated from college in related fields such as electrical - electronics,  industrial electricity,/

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng chuyên ngành liên quan: điên - điện tử, điện công nghiệp,…

• Technical Skills:

Electrical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic 

Basic understanding of the Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA (refer) and systems, or software

Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety practices when working with machinery, chemicals, electricity, etc.

Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

Hiểu biết về điện: Kiến thức cơ bản về điện điện tử

Hiểu biết cơ bản về Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA (refer) và hệ thống hoặc phần mềm liên quan.
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sơ đồ điện, mạch điện tử… (nếu liên quan đến ngành).
Kiến thức về an toàn lao động khi làm việc với máy móc, hóa chất, điện…
