SEO & Google Ads Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

• Build and manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
  

• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and bid optimizations
  

• Track performance and adjust campaigns for better ROI
  

• Set up and manage conversion tracking
  

SEO Optimization

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and apply improvements
  

• Optimize site structure, metadata, and page speed
  

• Develop a backlink strategy and monitor keyword performance
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Provide monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies
  

• Track CTR, bounce rate, conversions, and keyword rankings
  

• Recommend actions based on performance trends
  

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and content
  

• Work with developers to implement SEO best practices
  

• Contribute SEO ideas for blogs and seasonal content
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads (eCommerce/retail preferred)
  

• Strong skills in Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  

• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  

• Experience with Shopify or similar CMS (a plus)
  

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
  

• Strong analytical skills and independent work ethic
