Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify high-potential target companies for business development initiatives
  • Locate and gather comprehensive contact information for marketing and design department professionals
  • Efficiently input and organize lead data into HubSpot CRM system with attention to detail
  • Create and maintain effective email marketing funnels to nurture prospects
  • Monitor and track lead generation metrics and pipeline progress
  • Support ongoing lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up sequences
  • Collaborate directly with business owner on strategy and optimization
  • Potential to expand into SEO optimization and Google Ads campaign management based on skills and interest


Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Strong research abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of lead generation processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing concepts and strategies
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills for direct collaboration with business owner
  • Bonus qualifications: Experience with SEO techniques and Google Ads management
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
