Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our team in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, managing our online presence, and organizing company events. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a background in management or finance, who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation & Management:
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging and informative content for our digital channels.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized.

Social Media & SEO:
  • Develop and implement a strategy for attracting followers and increasing engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Utilize Google SEO best practices to improve our online visibility and search rankings.

Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, from small internal meetings to larger external conferences.
  • Coordinate the organization of webinars, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup.

General Management Support:
  • Apply a background in management or finance to contribute to strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation and social media management
  • Strong understanding of Google SEO principles and their application.
  • Demonstrable experience in attracting and engaging an audience on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Background in management or finance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking guidance and turning it into action.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
