Property Management Assistant with Lead Generation & Sales Support
Schedule:
40 hours per week
UK business hours (9 AM - 5 PM London time)
Client Time zone: UK/London
This exciting opportunity combines property management excellence with sales development, allowing you to play a crucial role in expanding a growing real estate portfolio while managing existing property investments. You'll be at the forefront of lead generation activities, conducting research and cold calling to identify new opportunities in the UK market, while simultaneously managing Airbnb properties and coordinating tenant relationships. This diverse role offers the perfect blend of customer service, sales support, and administrative excellence, with direct contribution to business growth and opportunities for performance bonuses based on successful deals you help generate. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and processes while developing valuable skills across multiple aspects of the property business.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive lead generation research targeting UK real estate opportunities and potential investment properties
Execute cold calling campaigns to qualify prospects and generate warm leads according to established company criteria
Manage Airbnb property operations including guest communication, inquiries, and ongoing liaison throughout stays
Coordinate tenant relationships and arrange vendor scheduling for property maintenance and repairs
Handle administrative functions including invoicing, finance tracking, and payment status monitoring
Follow up on qualified leads and seamlessly pass them to senior team members for deal closing
Support multiple business verticals with flexible daily task allocation across different property ventures
Maintain accurate CRM systems and update lead databases with detailed prospect information
Provide exceptional initial client contact and relationship building to establish strong business connections
Track and report on key performance indicators while following established scripts and qualification processes
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate lead generation and property management in the UK (Must Have)
Strong cold calling background with demonstrated success in qualifying and converting leads
Excellent communication skills for professional guest, tenant, and client interactions
Ability to work dedicated UK business hours with full availability during core operating times
Proficiency with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and property management software
Strong data entry and administrative capabilities with attention to detail
Ability to follow established scripts, processes, and qualification criteria effectively
Experience with property management platforms and booking systems preferred
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, clients, and priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting established KPIs and performance targets
