This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

  • Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time


Scopes:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (with 1-hour unpaid break)

  • Initial focus on aged leads (2+ weeks old) before progressing to fresh leads

  • Performance measured by KPIs including daily dials, conversations, appointments booked, and disqualifications

  • Includes bonus/incentives

  • Growth trajectory includes potential leadership and training responsibilities

  • Access to VS Connect dialer system and Monday.com CRM platform

  • Partnership-style working relationship with business owner rather than traditional employee structure



Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to aged leads (2+ weeks old) to re-engage prospects

  • Qualify and disqualify prospects based on established criteria

  • Schedule appointments for qualified prospects with the business owner

  • Update CRM system (Monday.com) with detailed call notes and prospect information

  • Track and manage follow-up sequences to ensure no prospects fall through cracks

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversation outcomes

  • Eventually transition to calling fresh leads and conducting live transfers as skills develop

  • Potentially train and mentor future team members as the business scales



Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably cold calling and appointment setting

  • Proficient English communication skills with clear speaking voice

  • Technology proficient and quick learner with new software systems

  • Coachable attitude with willingness to follow established processes

  • Hungry and motivated to work hard and earn commission-based incentives

  • Female candidates preferred

  • Insurance industry experience strongly preferred but not required

  • Positive attitude and appetite for professional growth
