- Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEDT/AEST)
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms
- Develop engaging content including captions and hashtag strategies
- Edit images and videos provided by the client
- Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Manage daily and weekly posting schedules
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments and reactions
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
- Support the marketing funnel by promoting services, products, and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong skills in image and video editing
- Experience with hashtag research and strategy development
- Excellent written communication skills for caption writing
- Understanding of social media best practices across multiple platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

- Initially focused on approximately one post per week with potential for growth
- Opportunity to expand into additional marketing areas like email marketing
