This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 hour unpaid lunch break | Atlanta (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities:
- Filter and qualify leads generated from automated texting software that reaches 1,000 prospects daily
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination
- Call clients after service completion to gather feedback on the service experience
- Request and facilitate customer reviews following service visits
- Follow up with clients after service visits for satisfaction and relationship maintenance
- Reach out to existing clients who are due for repeat services
- Handle general administrative tasks and client communications
- Manage both phone and email communications with a professional demeanor
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills with clear, professional tone of voice
- Strong attention to detail for scheduling and booking accuracy
- Proactive approach to client relationship management
- Trainable and adaptable to new processes and systems
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
- Ability to work full-time hours
Scope:
- Full-time remote position working from home
- Initial focus on supporting 3+ daily service jobs with plans for significant scaling
- First virtual assistant hire for the company with potential for team growth
- Direct reporting to the business owner with hands-on training and support
- Role focused on lead qualification and client relations, not sales closing
