This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 hour unpaid lunch break | Atlanta (Eastern Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Filter and qualify leads generated from automated texting software that reaches 1,000 prospects daily
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination
  • Call clients after service completion to gather feedback on the service experience
  • Request and facilitate customer reviews following service visits
  • Follow up with clients after service visits for satisfaction and relationship maintenance
  • Reach out to existing clients who are due for repeat services
  • Handle general administrative tasks and client communications
  • Manage both phone and email communications with a professional demeanor

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • Excellent phone communication skills with clear, professional tone of voice
  • Strong attention to detail for scheduling and booking accuracy
  • Proactive approach to client relationship management
  • Trainable and adaptable to new processes and systems
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
  • Ability to work full-time hours

Scope:

  • Full-time remote position working from home
  • Initial focus on supporting 3+ daily service jobs with plans for significant scaling
  • First virtual assistant hire for the company with potential for team growth
  • Direct reporting to the business owner with hands-on training and support
  • Role focused on lead qualification and client relations, not sales closing
  • Immediate start preferred with urgent hiring timeline
