This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and bookkeeping systems
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Generate financial reports and statements
  • Track property-related expenses and income
  • Maintain organized financial documentation
  • Direct reporting to management team
  • Handle bookkeeping for multiple properties
  • Maintain financial records for New York and Miami portfolio


Requirements

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience with property management accounting preferred
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours
