Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within the usual Pacific business hours

Starting as a community engagement specialist with the potential to grow into a comprehensive social media management role, you’ll help establish the company’s presence across key social platforms while developing meaningful relationships with their target audience. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic community building, and authentic relationship development in the fast-growing family celebration market.

• Create and manage authentic social media profiles across platforms including Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram that represent our target demographic
  
• Engage organically with mom blogs and parenting communities to build awareness about our animated invitation platform
  
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that feel authentic and non-salesy
  
• Create social media content including posts, imagery, and videos using various tools including AI-powered content creation platforms
  
• Build and manage our social media pages and presence across multiple platforms
  
• Identify and engage with appropriate influencers in the parenting and family celebration space
  
• Craft strategic engagement approaches that generate organic interest and responses from potential customers
  
• Monitor and participate in relevant online conversations about birthday parties, family celebrations, and event planning
  

• Excellent English communication skills with ability to write authentically and naturally
  
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram
  
• Ability to create authentic, non-promotional content that drives genuine engagement
  
• Experience with content creation tools and AI platforms for generating social media assets
  
• Understanding of community dynamics and ability to engage without appearing overly promotional
  
• Flexibility to work in Pacific Time Zone hours
