Job Description

This E-commerce Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the complete product lifecycle in a cutting-edge cannabis distribution operation. You’ll work with specialized industry software to ensure seamless product flow from inventory management through to live website publication, playing a crucial role in maintaining compliance standards while supporting business growth. Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on the company’s e-commerce website with precision and attention to detail
  
• Enter and process purchase orders through integrated e-commerce systems to maintain smooth operations
  
• Monitor products through the complete three-system workflow from initial inventory entry to live website publication
  
• Master and operate specialized cannabis industry software including Greenline inventory management, SmartSuite project coordination, and WooCommerce e-commerce platform
  
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout the product management process in this highly regulated industry
  
• Maintain accurate product information and inventory data across multiple integrated platforms
  
• Support the company’s operational excellence during an exciting period of warehouse expansion and growth
  

Requirements

• Proven e-commerce experience with demonstrated success in product management and online operations
  
• Strong work ethic with exceptional responsiveness, intelligence, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Experience with or strong aptitude for learning specialized inventory management and e-commerce systems
  
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, SmartSuite, or similar platforms (training provided for cannabis-specific systems)
  
• Availability to work full-time during Canadian business hours in a remote environment
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, essential for compliance-sensitive work in the cannabis industry
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines
