Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Social Media Assistant to join a growing digital marketing agency and play a key role in managing social media presence for multiple established clients. You'll work with innovative AI tools like ChatGPT and industry-leading platforms to create engaging content that drives real results. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity and systematic execution, allowing you to develop expertise in content creation, client communication, and social media management while working with proven processes and comprehensive training materials. Responsibilities
  • Create compelling social media posts using advanced ChatGPT prompts for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Design eye-catching graphics and images using Canva with quick 5-10 minute turnaround times
  • Schedule and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles using Go High Level CRM
  • Maintain professional client relationships through timely email communications and post notifications
  • Execute client-facing communication with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Follow comprehensive training videos and standard operating procedures for consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Contribute to streamlined workflows that maximize efficiency and client satisfaction


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of social media experience (comprehensive training provided for the right candidate)
  • Enthusiasm for learning new software platforms through video-based training
  • Basic familiarity with ChatGPT or willingness to quickly master AI content creation tools
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional client correspondence
  • Eagerness to learn Go High Level CRM system and become proficient quickly
  • Creative eye for simple graphic design using Canva
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available for immediate start and committed to flexible daytime hours in Central Time zone
