Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Schedule: 20 hours a week   2pm - 6pm Sydney Time
  

• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 
  
• Review and edit raw video content into engaging short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, reels, and ads 
  
• Create and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals and seasonal trends or themes 
  
• Develop and execute digital campaigns to generate leads and build brand visibility 
  
• Implement SEO best practices across digital content and online assets 
  
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach 
  
• Collaborate with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals 
  
• Conduct lead generation and activities 
  
• Work collaboratively with team members 
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business 
  
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar) 
  
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools 
  
• Strong understanding of SEO and how it applies to content creation and digital campaigns 
  
• Excellent communication, ability to report on business objectives through metrics, creativity, and organizational skills 
  
• Experience with paid ads or email marketing
