Assistant Manager– Hayleys Eco Solutions sector 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise directly with HR Managers and Plant Managers on HR-related matters.
  • Generate and analyze data to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports.
  • Develop job profiles, advertise vacancies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and arrange training programs by liaising with external training institutions; maintain and update training records.
  • Support and execute employee performance review procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and provide relevant information to the management team as required.
  • Submit required documentation to the central office for maintaining personal files of non-executive staff; track service confirmations, contract expirations, and probation reviews.
  • Manage and coordinate insurance policies for Executive and Non-Executive grades.
  • Oversee Executive OPD policy administration.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least two years in a similar role

  • Having a sound knowledge on MS Package and effective communication skills

  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate, educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters

  • Sound working knowledge on HRIS 

  • Previous experience in using Oracle HRIS will be an added advantage.
