Company/client overview:
The client is a company that appears to be a digital marketing agency providing SEO and potentially other digital marketing services to multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Post and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads based on campaign briefs.
- Upload ad creatives and copy into Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
- Monitor ad spend and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, copy, and placements to enhance engagement.
- Stay updated with Meta & latest advertising features, trends, and best practices.
- Schedule and publish content consistently using social media scheduling tools.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and refine advertising performance based on data insights.
- Identify trends and recommend changes to improve ad effectiveness.
- Set up and monitor search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and bidding adjustments to improve rankings.
- Support SEO execution to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimizations.
- Track and report on organic search performance and rankings.
- Assist in forecasting ad spend and recommending budget optimizations.
- Work closely with the internal team by providing regular performance reports, insights, and recommended adjustments for advertising and SEO efforts.
- Collaborate on campaign planning and audience segmentation.
- Ensure all advertising efforts complement broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising, SEO execution, campaign optimization and social media management
- Proficiency in the following:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- SEO tools
- Looker Studio (or similar web data reporting tools)
- Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Comprehensive SEO strategy execution
- Deep understanding of Audience targeting, Keyword research and Performance tracking & analysis
- Experience in Digital ad budget management, Campaign reporting, Ad conversion rate optimization and Driving SEO outcomes
- Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into clear strategic actions
- Excellent organizational skills – able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
