Client Experience Specialist - Carbon Markets
Profile
We are looking for an experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our fast-growing carbon markets division. The role involves supporting existing and potential clients in utilizing our subscription-based platform.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively. They should be adept at using general online tools and have excellent communication skills in English.

Position deliverables
The role envisages the following primary activities:
• Enrolling new client users on our platform and addressing account management queries of clients.
• Serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinating with the analyst team to ensure a timely customer response and a pleasant customer experience.
• Supporting contracting and filing of contracts.
• Supporting invoicing and payments.
• Keeping CRM up to date with client information and inquiries.
• Ensuring clients and users information is up to date across all tools (CRM, Mailchimp, etc).
• Improve process efficiency by creating automation and workflows in CRM and other tools used to manage clients and client communications.
• Supporting Webinar’s management and registration over zoom.
• Scheduling client and external meetings, and related communications.
• Coordination with accounts to share invoicing and collection information. KPIs being tracked for this role
• TAT on client responses (including webinar enrolment, client inquiries, etc).
• Minimized backlog of inquiries (coordinating with internal teams to ensure responses are not pending. Tracking this in CRM).
• Up-to-date systems- CRM, MIS.
• Reduce invoice days outstanding.


You must have:
• At least 5 years of relevant customer support or administrative assistant experience
• Excellent organizational skills and customer obsession
• Experience with using CRM and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc)
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English writing and speaking

Desirable
• A demonstrated passion for sustainability and working to address climate change
• Zoho CRM experience
• Experience working for the energy sector
• Experience supporting business that offers subscription
