Bilingual Vietnamese-English Sales & Customer Support Representative

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Bilingual Vietnamese-English Sales & Customer Support Representative

Schedule:

• Part-time (20-34 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time
  

• 9:00 AM MDT - 1:00 PM MDT and potentially 

rom 3:00 PM MDT - 5:00 PM MDT, depending on appointments that are booked.

Client Timezone: US Business Hours

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to Vietnamese-speaking nail salon owners
  

• Generate 3-5 qualified appointments per week through phone-based prospecting
  

• Manage customer support inquiries in both Vietnamese and English
  

• Utilize Go High Level CRM system to track leads and manage customer interactions
  

• Make approximately 40 outreach attempts per day, aiming for 10 meaningful contacts in 4 hours
  

• Handle the full sales process from initial contact to appointment setting
  

• Potentially close sales deals with additional compensation opportunities
  

• Work independently with minimal micromanagement while maintaining communication standards
  

Requirements:

• Fluent Vietnamese speaker (native level)
  

• Competent English communication skills
  

• Previous experience in appointment setting or cold calling
  

• Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level preferred)
  

• Ability to work US business hours
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  

• Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
