This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours with the condition that he completes a total of 40 hours per week.
Our company is looking for a tech-savvy individual to support our team on various AI automation projects. This role does not require a senior engineer but someone who is hands-on and has experience working with modern AI tools and automation agents. If you’ve explored AI-powered tools and have dabbled in building smart workflows or agent-based solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and deploying AI agents for internal automation use cases
- Work with no-code/low-code AI tools to develop smart workflows
- Test and optimize AI automations to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for AI integration
- Stay updated with new tools and trends in the AI automation space
In addition, candidates must demonstrate strong professional work habits, including:
- Sharing summaries of work daily to keep the team informed and up to date on progress
- Clearly communicating what tasks are in progress and obtaining approval before starting new or unassigned work
- Notifying the team immediately if unable to work or stepping away unexpectedly (especially during shift hours)
- Following agreed-upon work schedules consistently and confirming shift start/end times via designated channels
- Using company-assigned tools, platforms, and processes as instructed, even if different from personal preferences
- Ensuring tasks in progress are completed promptly and not left idle or abandoned
- Completing assigned revisions or updates efficiently, ideally within the same day unless otherwise agreed
- Attending and confirming meetings by accepting calendar invites and showing up on time
- Keeping project management tools and shared folders current for easy tracking, collaboration, and accountability
- Asking for clarification when priorities are unclear or tasks conflict with existing workloads
- Having prior experience working full-time in a professional company setting
- Being already adapted to working on a US Eastern Time Zone schedule
Requirements
- Experience using AI automation tools (e.g., OpenAI agents, AutoGPT, AgentGPT, Zapier with AI, ChatGPT workflows, etc.)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or scripting basic automation logic
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to API integrations
- Experience with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering or AI model behavior
