Tiktok Live Stream Operator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate live TikTok streams remotely from home
  
• Manage technical elements including overlays, promotions, and stream settings
  
• Handle camera angles, lighting, and other technical aspects during live sessions
  
• Moderate chat activity and viewer interactions during live streams
  
• Coordinate with live stream talent during pre-live setup and preparation
  
• Conduct affiliate outreach by writing messages and emails to content creators
  
• Manage ongoing communication with affiliates and ensure timely responses
  
• Support affiliate management activities to expand creator network
  
• Provide end-of-day reports and maintain regular communication with management
  

Scope:

• Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum (80+ hours per month)
  
• Potential to scale to 40+ hours per month per client as business grows

Requirements

• Experience with live video streaming platforms and technology
  
• Technical aptitude for managing streaming software and overlays

• Excellent written communication skills for affiliate outreach
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok
  
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and live selling concepts
