Outbound Business Development Representative | ZR_26105_JOB

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday 10:45 AM - 6:45 PM shift schedule and Friday 11:00am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional outbound calls to senior executives (primarily CFOs) in international markets using company-provided scripts and phone system
• Engage in consultative conversations to assess interest in joining an exclusive investment deal flow network
• Present compelling investment opportunities from high-growth UK and US tech companies to qualified international investors
• Maintain detailed records using Google Sheets with simple color-coding system to track prospect interactions and outcomes
• Follow structured call approach: deliver professional introduction, assess interest level, and handle basic questions using provided materials
• Represent the company brand with the highest level of professionalism during all client interactions
• Work systematically through assigned contact databases to build international investor networks
• Participate in training sessions, mock calls, and ongoing skill development as the team scales
• Collaborate directly with company leadership for feedback and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with American or neutral accent 
• Professional phone presence suitable for engaging with C-level executives and senior business leaders
• Ability to maintain consultative, business-to-business conversation style similar to professional meetings
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional home office environment
• Experience or comfort level speaking with senior-level executives and maintaining professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and follow-up activities
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive interview process including voice recordings and mock call demonstrations
• Monday through Friday availability with flexibility for different time zone requirements
