Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Tax Accountant to take on a comprehensive financial leadership role with a growing business. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of tax preparation, financial auditing, and advanced accounting functions while working directly with business leadership. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive tax filings and related documentation
- Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Manage complex inventory accounting calculations and reconciliations
- Oversee complete bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP standards and current tax regulations
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting directly to business leadership
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures
- Advanced accounting qualifications with specialized expertise in tax preparation and filing
- Extensive knowledge of US tax law and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in auditing procedures and inventory management systems
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) at native or near-native level
- Previous experience working successfully with US-based clients strongly preferred
- Ability to work dedicated schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pacific Time
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in complex financial calculations
- Professional commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and signing NDAs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and financial management systems
