Overview:

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-driven B2B Sales Account Managers, Business Development Executives, and Sales Agents to join a rapidly growing organization in the energy consulting industry. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and are eager to identify and close new business opportunities.


The Opportunity:

As part of our expanding sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing client relationships in your designated territory. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own sales strategy while benefiting from dedicated internal support, training, and mentorship. No prior energy industry experience is required—we provide ongoing training to set you up for success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Generate leads through email outreach, cold calling, B2B networking, and referrals.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.



Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B, direct sales, or business development (energy industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to step outside your comfort zone to master new skills.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
