We’re seeking a proactive and versatile GoHighLevel Specialist & Client Success to lead technical setup, creative design, and client support for our innovative SaaS platform. This role offers the perfect blend of advanced GHL configuration, graphic design work, and rewarding client interaction. You’ll build sophisticated automation systems, design visually engaging landing pages and marketing assets, and directly empower business owners to transform their operations.
In addition to working extensively within GHL, you’ll provide occasional administrative support outside of the platform, ensuring clients receive a smooth, full-service experience. The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident, working across multiple client accounts each week, and thrives in a role that mixes technical implementation with creative execution.
Responsibilities
Implement GoHighLevel systems at agency/SaaS level, including complex pipelines, automation workflows, sales pages, and domain integrations
Create visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages, websites, and marketing materials within GHL
Provide exceptional customer support through community platforms, responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating peer learning
Configure “done-for-you” GHL setups for clients seeking hands-off implementation
Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent communication
Carry out general administrative tasks outside of GHL as required
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful platform adoption and ongoing satisfaction
Requirements
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel at agency/SaaS level
- Exceptional English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions and live presentation delivery
- Strong customer service background with demonstrated ability to engage professionally and build rapport with diverse clients
- Comfort and enthusiasm for conducting live video training sessions, Q&A calls, and group presentations
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Technical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges
