Scope:
- Manage and create content for all social media accounts
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Assist in creating monthly reports on social media performance and growth
- Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day(2 hours within the Pacific business hours, 2 hours flexible anytime
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging social media content, with a focus on video reels
- Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with the U.S. audience
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
- Align all content with the company's unique voice and style
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly for U.S.-based audiences
- Strong video editing skills, especially for creating short-form content like reels
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with food or lifestyle brands is a plus
