Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM West Jordan, UT
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break
As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns that align with client goals, budgets, and industries. You’ll work directly with our account managers and creative team to develop high-performing ad strategies for small to midsize businesses, with a strong emphasis on auto repair shops, collision centers, and other automotive service providers.
What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Setup

Develop Google Ads strategies tailored for SMB automotive clients, focusing on lead generation, appointment bookings, and local market dominance.

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value targeting opportunities in the automotive repair and service space.

Set up and structure campaigns, ad groups, and ads for optimal performance and cost efficiency.

Ongoing Management & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to bids, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.

Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs.

Optimize for conversions, quality score, and lower cost per lead.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients, translating data into insights and recommendations.

Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and impression share.

Collaboration
-
Partner with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure ad creative and landing pages align with campaign goals and the automotive customer journey.

Work closely with account managers to align campaign objectives with broader client marketing strategies.

3+ years of proven success managing Google Ads campaigns, with at least 2 years working with small-to-midsize business clients.

Demonstrated success in automotive industry advertising, particularly for auto repair, maintenance, or specialty vehicle services preferred.

Google Ads Certification(s) in Search, Display, and/or Video.

Strong knowledge of keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and conversion tracking.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in local service business advertising and geo-targeting strategies.

Understanding of SEO principles for integrated marketing.

Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
