Job Description

As a Medical Biller, you’ll work with sophisticated US insurance systems to process claims and maintain the financial stability of a thriving medical practice. This role offers excellent experience in American healthcare billing processes and the opportunity to contribute directly to a clinic’s ability to continue providing essential sleep medicine services. You’ll develop expertise in medical billing while supporting patient access to care.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate insurance claims for sleep study procedures and related services
  
• Diligently follow up on pending and denied claims to maximize reimbursement
  
• Process patient billing and payment posting with precision
  
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for upcoming procedures
  
• Maintain detailed billing records and documentation for compliance purposes
  

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills for insurance and patient interactions
  
• Medical billing experience preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
  
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy requirements
  
• Familiarity with US insurance systems beneficial but not required
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  
• Ability to work US Central Time hours consistently
