Job Description

Lead the charge in social media marketing for a dynamic merchandise company that’s ready to take their digital presence to the next level. You’ll spearhead innovative micro-influencer campaigns on Instagram while working alongside an established marketing team that provides comprehensive support and resources. Responsibilities

• Drive engagement and growth across Facebook and Instagram platforms
  
• Execute comprehensive outreach programs targeting micro-influencers on Instagram
  
• Collaborate with the established marketing team and manager Emily to leverage existing content resources
  
• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and campaigns
  
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners
  
• Support broader marketing initiatives while focusing on social media excellence
  
• Contribute to the success of a pilot program with significant expansion potential
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies
  
• Proven experience in influencer outreach and partnership development
  
• Strong background in social media content creation and campaign management
  
• Excellent collaborative skills for working with established marketing teams
  
• Outstanding communication abilities for professional influencer outreach
  
• Previous social media marketing experience strongly preferred
  
• Flexibility to work UK hours with some schedule adaptability
