About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven

Photo Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retouching, editing, and finalizing fashion and product photography to meet high visual standards. You will work closely with the Studio Manager and Creative Director to ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and quality expectations.

This position requires both technical proficiency and creative judgment, especially in delivering clean, colour-accurate images that reflect the true appearance of our garments and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Image Retouching:

Retouch images to a high standard using Photoshop, showing both technical skill and creative problem-solving
Apply feedback and retouching notes provided by the Studio Manager or Creative Director accurately and promptly

Image Editing & Post-Production:

Perform image adjustments including exposure, color correction, cropping, sharpening, and background cleanup
Ensure consistent color matching between images and actual garments/products

File Management:

Upload and download images from internal servers
Maintain an organized file structure and naming convention to ensure workflow efficiency

Collaboration:

Work closely with photographers, stylists, and creative team members to deliver high-quality visual assets
Provide input and ideas when needed to improve visual output

Other Tasks:

Support the creative team with basic layout or visual materials in Canva as needed
Stay up-to-date with retouching trends and best practices

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for advanced retouching, compositing, and image manipulation
Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for color correction and overall photo adjustments
Familiarity with Canva for basic layout and design tasks
Demonstrated experience retouching

Excellent eye for

detail, color accuracy, and composition

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain an efficient file structure

Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing ideas and improvements

Comfortable working independently and under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

2+ years of relevant experience in image editing or photo retouching, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or commercial photography

Basic understanding of photography and lighting principles is a plus
