Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a thriving SaaS platform, where you’ll handle essential daily operations that keep the business running smoothly while leadership focuses on strategic growth and product development. You’ll work with state-of-the-art automation tools, custom GPTs, and streamlined processes to support hundreds of customers. This role offers tremendous growth potential as the company scales rapidly, with opportunities to manage eventually and train new team members as the operation expands across multiple business units.


Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for digital profiles and distributor profiles through backend website operations (WordPress/Elementor)
  • Create and update distributor profiles and ensure brand compliance
  • Utilize CustomGPT templates for copy-paste data entry tasks, website publishing, and responding to support queries
  • Chase customers for missed payments via Stripe and update accounts accordingly
  • Perform operational follow-up to track payments, update customer records, and report operational metrics
  • Respond to support inbox inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to management with clear situation summaries
  • Manage content scheduling and repurpose/create social media posts while maintaining brand tone 
  • Perform profile updates and changes based on customer-submitted forms
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer account management

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and administrative support background
  • Experience with data entry, backend website operations, and profile management in WordPress/Elementor
  • Proficiency with Stripe payment system, Google Workspace, and operational follow-up processes
  • Strong written English and communication skills for client interactions
  • Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT/CustomGPTs for customer communication and publishing tasks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy
