Responsibilities

• Lead engaging onboarding calls with new customers, helping them discover the full potential of the software platform
  
• Manage the complete customer intake process, ensuring seamless transitions from prospect to active user
  
• Guide customers through software functionality, highlighting key features and competitive advantages
  
• Conduct strategic research across multiple domains including email research, coding research, and vendor identification
  
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls and video meetings
  
• Support administrative operations across multiple business brands within the portfolio
  
• Explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms for diverse client audiences
  
• Help customers understand software benefits and competitive positioning in the marketplace
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing interactions
  
• Background in software onboarding, customer success, or similar client-focused roles
  
• Proven research capabilities across various domains and industries
  
• Administrative experience with excellent organizational skills
  
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  
• Comfortable conducting phone calls and video meetings with confidence
  
• Flexibility to work across different business verticals and adapt to varying client needs
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
