Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our mission-driven team and play a crucial role in expanding our nursing workforce. In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified nurses to meet the growing demand for our home health services. Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified nurses to fulfill incoming patient referrals and service requests
- Manage the complete staffing process for nursing positions, from initial outreach through placement
- Handle time-sensitive recruitment activities to ensure rapid response to referral demands and maintain service commitments
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing professionals and healthcare talent networks
- Support the company's mission of providing reliable nursing services by ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and scale recruitment efforts
- Contribute to the growth strategy by helping secure the nursing talent needed to expand referral capacity
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, nursing staffing, or related healthcare talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of nursing qualifications, certifications, and healthcare industry requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must be willing to complete HIPAA training and maintain compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work during standard business hours with flexible scheduling options
- Passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on patient care outcomes
