Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

This is a remote position.

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time based on performance and business growth
  
• Monday through Friday, 9am to 1pm PST
  

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

• Source and recruit qualified nurses to fulfill incoming patient referrals and service requests
  
• Manage the complete staffing process for nursing positions, from initial outreach through placement
  
• Handle time-sensitive recruitment activities to ensure rapid response to referral demands and maintain service commitments
  
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing professionals and healthcare talent networks
  
• Support the company's mission of providing reliable nursing services by ensuring adequate staffing levels
  
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and scale recruitment efforts
  
• Contribute to the growth strategy by helping secure the nursing talent needed to expand referral capacity
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, nursing staffing, or related healthcare talent acquisition
  
• Strong understanding of nursing qualifications, certifications, and healthcare industry requirements
  
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  
• Must be willing to complete HIPAA training and maintain compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Availability to work during standard business hours with flexible scheduling options
