Business Development & Outreach Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule

• (20 hours per week), 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with possibility to go on full-time 
  
• Eastern Time
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and event collaborations.
  
• Initiate and maintain outreach to potential partners, clients, and community organizations.
  
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing contacts to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with ongoing campaigns.
  
• Track outreach efforts, leads, and relationship-building activities in the CRM.
  
• Collaborate on strategies to expand into new target markets and demographics.
  
• Provide feedback from market research and client interactions to guide business strategy.
  
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, or pitch materials for potential partners and clients.
  
• Support event-related outreach, sponsorships, and partnership development.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or business development.
  
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  
• Self-motivated, independent, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
  
• Preference will be given to female candidates due to the brand’s women-focused events and audience.
