Job Description

You’ll be responsible for a streamlined weekly process that involves reviewing employee timesheet data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Responsibilities

• Review weekly employee clock-in and clock-out data to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
• Verify that total hours align with expected parameters (approximately 168 hours with minimal acceptable overflow)
• Identify and flag any overtime violations or scheduling conflicts
• Ensure no double-staffing situations occurred during scheduled shifts
• Make minor corrections to data discrepancies as needed
• Download and prepare finalized data reports for client review
• Compose professional emails to clients requesting data review and authorization
• Communicate any identified issues or concerns to clients for prompt resolution
• Maintain consistent weekly reporting schedule to support client operations
