This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
  • 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Ontario, CA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to a diverse list of potential clients in the United States, focusing on trucking companies and fleet operators
  • Utilize the Phone Burner system for efficient calling, voicemail drops, and email follow-ups
  • Gather and verify crucial contact information for key decision-makers within target companies
  • Identify and qualify promising leads, transferring them directly to you for further discussion and potential sales closure
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within your CRM system
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and information gathering
  • Collaborate with you to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approach
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in cold calling and lead generation
  • Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and eagerness to learn new sales technologies, particularly Phone Burner
  • Strong resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection or overcoming objections
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of the trucking or transportation industry (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure that rewards success
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
