This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Agent to support our lending team. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving internal sales and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background—preferably in the lending or finance space—and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to engage and qualify potential leads

  • Assist in preparing and packaging loan applications for review

  • Coordinate and facilitate the loan process from application through to funding

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM

  • Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the process

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing



What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in lending, financial services, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle objections and professionally manage rejection

  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
