About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and allied health services to join our talent pipeline. This role is designed for individuals who have worked in corporate, administrative, HR, finance, or operational functions and possess a deep understanding of NDIS processes, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, HR, finance, or operational support within the NDIS and allied health context.
- Apply knowledge of NDIS price guides, travel rules, service delivery standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all work adheres to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and sector guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in NDIS and/or allied health environments (corporate, admin, finance, workforce, or similar roles).
- Solid understanding of NDIS funding structures, service delivery frameworks, compliance, and price guides.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- High ethical standards and knowledge of sector compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
