Client Timezone: 8AM to 5 PM Arizona Standard time

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly voice greeting clients and potential new clients of a disability law firm during normal business hours. You'll field inquiries, take messages, and schedule appointments with care and professionalism.

Scope:

Working Arizona time zone schedule
Remote work arrangement with proper home office setup
Direct client interaction as primary point of contact for disability cases
Work within established written policies and procedures
Potential for equipment support from employer if needed
Ongoing training and support provided

Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual disability intake calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish
Provide compassionate customer service to clients who may be frustrated, upset, or in pain
Follow established written protocols to assess client eligibility for legal services
Document client information and case details accurately during intake process
Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking disability legal assistance
Potentially participate in video consultations with clients as services expand

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual capability essential)
Medical understanding
Previous customer service or intake experience required
Strong customer service skills with ability to show empathy and patience
Professional communication skills for handling sensitive client situations
Reliable internet connection and professional workspace setup
Computer with multiple monitors (dual monitor setup)
Quality webcam and microphone for potential video calls
Availability to work Arizona time zone hours
