Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Content & Social Media Manager to grow and manage the online presence of two dynamic brands:

  • A business consulting company working with high-performing organizations

  • A business and personal brand focused on coaching, mindset development, filmmaking, and thought leadership

The ideal candidate will combine creative content development, social media strategy, marketing expertise, brand consistency, and community engagement. They must be comfortable working with both B2B and B2C audiences, adapting voice and visuals accordingly.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and events

  • Manage accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Provide recommendations for content direction, themes, and formats

  • Repurpose ChatGPT content into engaging posts, carousels, and resources

Content Creation and Publishing

  • Write captions reflecting the client’s voice and tone

  • Design graphics using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

  • Build hashtag banks and create branded content templates

  • Schedule and post content using Planoly, Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

  • Create downloadable resources like PDFs and eBooks from existing materials

Video Editing and Reels

  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar tools

  • Create reels and clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Format and optimize content for platform-specific performance

Engagement and Community Building

  • Respond to DMs and comments using the client’s tone and energy

  • Execute engagement strategies to support community growth

  • Cross-promote content across multiple social accounts

  • Help build and maintain online communities and memberships

Team and Workflow Collaboration

  • Work closely with the executive assistant and operations director

  • Share progress updates and stay ahead of deadlines

  • Bring fresh ideas while staying aligned with brand voice and messaging



Requirements

  • 4+ years managing social media content, ideally for coaches, consultants, or personal brands

  • Strong experience in social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, and analytics

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing environments

  • Proficiency in graphic design and creating scroll-stopping, modern graphics

  • Skilled with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar tools

  • Proven content creation and copywriting skills across multiple platforms

  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills in English

  • Comfortable managing multiple platforms and content types

  • Familiar with ChatGPT and other AI tools; knowledge of Go High Level preferred

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Availability during Central Time Zone business hours
