Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 hour unpaid break | UK (BST)

Paid hours per week: 40 Hours
Job Overview:

Ready to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role where your coordination skills shine? We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to keep properties running smoothly and clients happy. You’ll be the go-to person for landlords, guests, and contractors—ensuring maintenance is handled promptly, invoices are processed accurately, and communication is always clear. If you excel at multitasking, have strong English skills, and can confidently navigate digital tools, this role is for you. Weekend availability is a must to meet peak service demands. Bring your attention to detail and service mindset, and help us deliver outstanding property management support every day.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with landlords/hosts regarding property maintenance and repair needs
  • Liaise with third-party contractors (plumbers, handymen, etc.) to schedule service calls
  • Process maintenance invoices and update the accounting system with charges
  • Reimburse cleaners for approved expenses by reviewing receipts
  • Respond to landlord/guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain clear communication and provide status updates


Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management, customer service, or related field
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and comfort in learning new software/systems
  • Available to work weekends to accommodate peak service needs
