Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving European short-term rental business where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the business, managing multiple aspects of property operations from guest communications to platform management. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize property listings across major booking platforms including Airbnb and Booking.com
- Provide exceptional customer support to guests through multiple channels including WhatsApp, email, and phone communicationsHandle complex resolution center cases and actively pursue solutions through platform resolution systems
- Execute comprehensive administrative tasks including data entry, research, and operational support
- Coordinate various property management activities across the diverse portfolio of short-term rental properties
- Deliver outstanding phone-based customer assistance to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Support specialized administrative projects that extend beyond typical property management scope
- Maintain seamless communication and collaboration through Slack and other business platforms
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proven experience working with Airbnb or Booking.com platforms
- Demonstrated background in property management, specifically within short-term rental operations
- Strong customer support experience with confidence in phone-based guest interactions
- Solid administrative assistant experience with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional guest interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service delivery
