Job Overview
We are a leading hospitality group with venues across Sydney and NSW including Matteo, Tanuki, and Osborn House. We’re hiring a remote Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting — working closely with our internal content and marketing team to drive bookings, brand awareness, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Align with brand and content calendars for each venue (Matteo, Tanuki, Osborn House etc)
- Manage daily ad performance tracking and weekly reporting
- Set up and track campaign goals (ROAS, CPL, booking conversions)
- Collaborate with content and design team to brief required assets
- Optimize ad spend and audience targeting based on performance insights
- Run A/B tests and performance experiments
- Integrate email flows and CRM data into paid strategies where needed
- Monitor trends and recommend new channel tests (e.g. TikTok Ads, YouTube Shorts)
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in paid media execution
- Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Hospitality or DTC brand experience preferred but not essential
