This is a remote position.
Schedule & Scope:
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Availability: 5 days per week, with consistent but flexible hours during Pacific business hours.
Location: Fully remote.
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across various channels, and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and support via live chat, email, and phone calls.
Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication with all customers.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in both phone and chat/email support.
Experience with data entry is a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
