Schedule & Scope:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Availability: 5 days per week, with consistent but flexible hours during Pacific business hours.

  • Location: Fully remote.

    We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across various channels, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support via live chat, email, and phone calls.

  • Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication with all customers.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in both phone and chat/email support.

  • Experience with data entry is a must.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred
