Job Description

This is an exciting hybrid role that combines strategic paid advertising expertise with comprehensive social media marketing execution. You’ll have full ownership of multi-platform advertising campaigns while developing engaging content that resonates with diverse demographics. Working directly with business owners who value professional input, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to implement effective marketing strategies while making a real impact on company growth. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical campaign management and creative content development, allowing you to showcase your expertise across Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and organic social media growth in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram advertising campaigns with full autonomy
  • Create compelling advertising campaigns from scratch and enhance existing campaign performance
  • Develop engaging, viral-worthy content for social media platforms with end-to-end execution
  • Execute both paid advertising strategies and organic social media growth initiatives
  • Conduct strategic community engagement including responding to messages and building brand presence
  • Perform targeted outreach to influencers and participate in relevant groups to expand brand visibility
  • Design and send targeted direct message campaigns and email blasts to generate leads and build connections
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms with strategic timing
  • Create demographic-specific content that leverages trending topics and viral marketing techniques

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Google Ads management and pay-per-click advertising optimization
  • Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign management
  • Demonstrated expertise in both paid advertising and organic social media marketing strategies
  • Ability to create engaging content and stay current with social media trends and viral marketing techniques
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision making
  • Background in community management, social media engagement, and influencer outreach
  • Excellent communication skills for client reporting and collaborative work with business owners
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently while maintaining regular communication and seeking approval for major initiatives
  • Comfortable working with international teams and adapting to different business cultures
  • Available to work consistent hours during US Eastern time zone business hours
