Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
(30-minute lunch break + two 15-minute breaks)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to help build and improve their product knowledge base. In this role, you will transform complex software features into clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow learning materials. From written guides and short explainer videos to downloadable resources, your work will empower clients to better understand and use the product effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Learn the software in depth and translate product knowledge into user-friendly content
Write clear and concise knowledge base articles
Create short, engaging explainer videos to demonstrate product features and processes
Develop supporting materials such as PDFs, checklists, and infographics
Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all content
Collaborate with the team to identify common client questions and content needs

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills—clear, crisp, and professional
Proven experience creating instructional or product-related content
Skills in video creation and editing
Ability to design and produce downloadable learning resources
Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS or software product training
Familiarity with knowledge base platforms or learning management systems
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
