Responsibilities
- Process and manage leads sourced from local websites through the company’s lead generation system
- Verify and validate lead information using Apollo platform to ensure data accuracy
- Input verified lead data into HubSpot CRM system with attention to detail and consistency
- Conduct outbound qualification calls to gather essential company information from prospects
- Professionally represent yourself as a college student conducting research during phone interactions
- Ask targeted qualifying questions to determine fleet size and other key business metrics
- Maintain comprehensive records of all lead processing and qualification activities
- Support the company’s aggressive growth goals through efficient lead management processes
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and lead verification tasks
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business contacts with professional demeanor
- Ability to follow scripts and maintain consistent, research-focused persona during calls
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn CRM systems like HubSpot and Apollo
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional workspace for phone work
- Clear English communication skills suitable for business phone conversations
- Self-motivated work style with ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
