Responsibilities

  • Process and manage leads sourced from local websites through the company’s lead generation system
  • Verify and validate lead information using Apollo platform to ensure data accuracy
  • Input verified lead data into HubSpot CRM system with attention to detail and consistency
  • Conduct outbound qualification calls to gather essential company information from prospects
  • Professionally represent yourself as a college student conducting research during phone interactions
  • Ask targeted qualifying questions to determine fleet size and other key business metrics
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all lead processing and qualification activities
  • Support the company’s aggressive growth goals through efficient lead management processes


Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and lead verification tasks
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business contacts with professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow scripts and maintain consistent, research-focused persona during calls
  • Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn CRM systems like HubSpot and Apollo
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional workspace for phone work
  • Clear English communication skills suitable for business phone conversations
