This is an exciting opportunity to manage social media strategy across 12+ platforms for four distinct companies in the construction and equipment industries. You'll be the driving force behind lead generation through strategic social media engagement, working with established brands that have proven success in converting social media activity into business results. This role goes beyond basic posting - you'll be building communities, fostering relationships with industry professionals, and directly contributing to business growth through targeted engagement strategies. With access to professional tools like Adobe Creative Suite and established content creation processes, you'll have everything needed to excel in this impactful position.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through strategic engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Build and nurture community relationships by actively engaging with followers' content through likes, comments, and meaningful interactions
- Expand network reach by engaging with supplier posts and industry professional content
- Identify and connect with potential customers through targeted following and engagement strategies
- Transform provided photos and videos into compelling, social media-optimized content
- Manage social media scheduling and posting using Buffer platform
- Respond promptly to comments and messages across all platforms to maintain strong customer relationships
- Oversee social media presence for multiple brand identities, adapting tone and strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Generate detailed reports on engagement activities and lead generation results
- Proven track record in social media management with demonstrated lead generation results
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and professional networking through social platforms
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously with ability to maintain distinct brand voices
- Familiarity with construction, industrial equipment, or related technical industries preferred
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Buffer experience preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills for professional B2B engagement
- Ability to work consistently during Eastern Time business hours (10am-2pm)
- Experience transforming raw content into engaging social media posts
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
