This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Flexible during client's business hours between 9 am EST and 3 pm EST. Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential leads within corporations, colleges, and non-profits, as well as organizations that engage speakers, coaches, or consultants.

  • Maintain, track, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and uncover new opportunities.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, decision-making authority, and fit for the client’s offerings.

  • Engage prospects through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and light follow-up calls to generate interest and build relationships.

  • Monitor the client’s calendar to prevent double-booking and ensure they are aware of all scheduled meetings.

  • Collaborate with the client to prioritize high-value opportunities and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

  • Monitor and report on lead generation and outreach metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.



Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales support, or a related role.

  • Prior experience working with or supporting speakers, coaches, or consultants highly preferred.

  • Strong background in B2B prospecting, particularly with corporate, higher education, and non-profit clients.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively manage outreach tasks.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and reporting skills.

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines for service-based businesses (consulting, coaching, speaking).

  • Knowledge of modern prospecting tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other advanced lead gen platforms.

  • Proven ability to nurture leads and support the sales process from prospecting to initial engagement.
