Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to build a social media presence from the ground up for a meaningful spiritual education business. You’ll be working directly with passionate founders to craft and implement marketing strategies that highlight both online educational offerings and transformative India journey experiences. Your role will focus on creating authentic, engaging, and visually compelling content that connects with individuals seeking personal growth and spiritual development.

• Launch and manage the business’s social media presence across Instagram and other key platforms
• Develop content calendars and consistent posting strategies to grow audience engagement
• Design marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content using professional tools (e.g., Canva)
• Engage authentically with followers, responding to inquiries and building community trust
• Develop targeted marketing strategies for online spiritual classes and India journey programs
• Collaborate with the video editor to adapt content across different platforms and formats
• Monitor social media trends and apply best practices for spiritual/educational content marketing
• Support broader marketing initiatives that align with the company’s mission and offerings

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally for educational or experiential services
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of Instagram and other social platforms, with ability to tailor content for unique audiences
• Experience marketing educational content, spiritual services, or transformational experiences (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills for authentic audience engagement and community building
• Creative and strategic mindset for developing content that resonates with spiritual seekers
• Knowledge of analytics and optimization techniques to support organic growth
