You will be responsible for…
- Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities in the insurance brokerage space.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on mid-to-large corporate segments.
- Conduct high-level consultative sales pitches and presentations to decision-makers.
- Collaborating with internal underwriting, servicing, and technical teams to develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position offerings effectively.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B business development, with at least 3 years in a Senior Manager or equivalent role.
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry, especially in brokerage and risk advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with corporate clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
